Step 1: Order and listen to the audio seminar,
Brain Power-Tap Into It

Step 2: Complete either a
Child's History Application
or an
Adult History Application
and sign a
Commitment Letter
for each prospective client.
Step 3: Provide a deposit of $300 (check or
Credit Card Form
) towards the initial appointment.

Liberty Headquarters Office
